Dark 'n' Stormy Apple

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

60mL Mr Finch Apple Cider
60mL dark rum
120mL non-alcoholic ginger beer
1 lime, cut in half
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Mr Finch Apple Cider, rum, ginger beer and juice of half of the lime into a shaker. Stir until combined.

Pour into a tall glass over ice, garnishing with the remaining lime half, cut into wedges.
