Autumn Spiced Pear

SERVES 2-3

INGREDIENTS

360mL Mr Finch Pear Cider
180mL water
4 star anise
6-8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
For garnish, cinnamon sticks or fresh pear slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Once mixture has come to boil, reduce and cover to simmer. Heat for 7-10 minutes.
Pour mix into a mug, garnish with a cinnamon stick or fresh slice of pear. Enjoy!
